Please support: I am attempting to use the DISM tool prior to using the system file checker tool (SFC.exe), since I have corrupted files to repair. The issue is that the windows start icon and search box are not working. When I run the DISM tool at the command prompt (with administrator privilege) I get the prompt"error 5access denied" It has been reported that one possible cause is the Mcaffee antivirus program running in the background, but I do not use this program. When I prompt for the DISM log, this is what I get: 2020-08-02 12:57:03, Info DISM API: PID=4
