lost my photos how can i get them back

hello. before a few years i had a windows 7 it had all of my photos when i was a kid now i lost them all because i changed my pc to windows 10 but its the same central unity i just want them back i changed my email and the PC to windows 10 all of my files are now gone how do i get them back?
