I continually have to log back into Microsoft and wont hold other random settings or stuff yeah

My computer has decided to not keep settings after every restart eg . Microsoft and Mail My computer randomly wont stay clicked on tabs or pages it sometimes types backwards and generally just turns things on or off eg today the sound wouldnt work I logged off and restarted and hey presto it worked but then would keep the settings for logging into microsoft also it wont open emails or wont open the new messages and then it reverts back t previous page PLEASE PLEASE help what is wrong and how do i fix it ty
