Windows 7, Microsoft 365 & Office. I am going to update to Windows 10; I have installed OneDrive and uploaded many files to it. I need to install the OneDrive Synch App, but cannot do so since when I follow the instructions I get instead installation of OneDrive (it is already installed) or a blank screen entitiled "about:blank". Searching the MS web site, I find that this problem is probably caused by something about the Profile, but no instruction for what to do about it. I don't know what I must do to alter profile to let me download and install the Synch App.
