How to make shortcut to specific document *on* the Task Bar?

I play PC games, which often both de-activate hotkeys (they take over the keyboard) and they can hog CPU cycles. This means that I can't hoktey a shortcut icon, AND if I try to, e.g., "pin" a specific Word doc to Word's icon on the taskbar, my system is slow/laggy with the popup for the Word pinned-stuff (right clicking on Word on the Taskbar).But the taskbar itself isn't laggy. I keep it hidden, but it comes right up if I hit the Win key.So: Is there a way to specifically pin a shortcut/icon to a specific word document, to the Taskbar itself?
