Cortana is turned off. Microsoft told me it can't be taken out of my pc since it is built in. Told me that if turned off, can not come on at all. Next day problem with it coming on that I had complained about, before it was turned off. So it has been coming on, yes is still turned off. Whether I am using my laptop or when it is on but not in use, I hear it talk from the other room. It does have a ? written in and it verbally responds. No one else uses my laptop, and I have no smart phone, tablet, anything to sync to. Run my anti-virus and malware detector, no problems. Now it actually comes on
