Mouse scroll automatically for down & always selecting down icon in desktop.

I am using DELL i5 laptop. My mouse point is scroll automatically for bottom of the screen or page & it selecting the last icon in the desktop.I updateed the drives.I reinstall the drives.I change the mouse.I turn off the "scroll inactive windows when I hover over them".I have updated to windows version 21H1.PLEASE ,help me.Give me a solution plzzz without windows Formatting. Plzz..It a big trouble. When I am using ms word, it is automatically going to bottom page.. plz help me as you can, GOD BLESS YOU
