Sudden Blue Screen errors and crashing

The first one said "system thread exception not handled"and ndu.sys failed.The second one said kmode exception not handledndu.sys failedThe third one said kmode exception not handlednetios.sys failed.All started within the last few days. Right after a Windows update AND right after Avast updated. (Also found SOMETHING had turned on Windows Defender. I know I didn't as I didn't want them both running at once.)
