The disk drive wont read the xbox one disk

The disk when I put it in the computer the computers disk drive kept starting up and stopping and while I was waiting then it says not responding and after a while the window that I was running closes and it will keep doing this until you take the disk out I don't understand why it does fine with a normal disk and it does nothing with an xbox one disk. Please help!
