How to go about a Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7

I have retail licensed, Microsoft sticker with the code, Windows 7 Pro CD, and I want to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. The problem is the hard drive died, and the computer no longer has a CD drive installed. It's an old computer, but is being repurposed. Is there anything I can do concerning this?
