Windows 7 OEM product key to activate Windows 10

Hello,I have a HP 350 G1 with OEM Windows 7 Professional installed. The product ID I found in the registry is 20 digits long, and the Windows activation product ID in system security is also 20 digits long with "OEM" taking 3 of the spaces. Can I use one of these ID's to activate Windows 10 for free?Thank you!
