PC stops taking input but still runs programs

Hey everyone!Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this.Every now and then (normally around once or twice a day give or take) my PC will essentially freeze and accept no input. I will be in discord and I can still chat with my friends both ways, listen or watch whatever I was watching, but cannot type, move the cursor, or even CTRL+ALT+Delete. Essentially, EVERYTHING works but input. To clear it up I have to do a hard reboot and I'm beginning to get concerned by the frequency and of hard reboots.This happens sort of randomly, more often when streaming but not always.
