0xc0000005 Application Error in numerous apps.

I installed Directx and Visual Code. After that my PC started to behave in a very strange manner. In many apps it started showing application error 0xc0000005. 'This PC' automatically closes after using it for several minutes. I cleared APPDATA and REGISTRY Files for those app. Then, they ran. But, again they stopped after few minutes. When I ran them in laptop by transferring them through my PC, then they ran too. What's the problem and the solution?
