a program just showed black screen. just the black screen on the program.

i was gonna play Friday Night Funkin (FNF for short) and it shows like the haxeflixel logo then the mouse. freezes, then it just shows a black screen. i used windows compatibility troubleshooter and it didnt work. it will just gave ValuedException when changed compatibility settings. help. please?
