Unable to create Microsoft Account - Cannot use a work or personal account

I've had my account set up with a Microsoft account for quite some time.I host my domain on GSuite, including email and all other services.I've got my own email address set up as a Microsoft account, and I use it for all MS services (Xbox, Windows, etc)I tried to set up my wife's email address, on the same domain as mine, with a Microsoft account, so that she can sign into her new Windows 10 laptop.When I try to set her up with a Microsoft account, I get an error stating that a work or school account already exists on her account.
