Windows commercial use without activation?

Hi,We are building small business, with about 14 computers. Some already are activated from stores. But others (like test benches where we test GPUs, etc..) are free. What I mean is, they have no activation key, neither pirated or bought.Can we use those computers with no key in a commercial use like test benches or even the production machines?Windows 10Thanks
