BOOTMGR is Compressed, Ctrl+Alt+Del To Restart - Windows 7

I keep getting the black screen that says BOOTMGR is compressed and it keeps popping up everytime I boot up the laptop, I managed to make the computer work with a USB Drive, but now the computer can't boot up properly without the USB Flash Drive and keeps saying the BOOTMGR is compressed. So, how do I uncompress BOOTMGR and fix the windows 7 laptop so that it can boot up properly and not entirely rely on a USB Flash Drive to startup properly?
