Bluetooth Problem in windows 7

HI,I am Raghav and i am finding problems related to bluetooth.my bluetooth is 4.0 and i have plugged it into my pc, after a moment a window appeared,displaying installing bluetooth drivers it has installed some drivers, after installation of drivers i want to connect my headset to pc and it has found my headset,and showing connected to my headset,BUT it was NOT connected and after a day it also can not find other Bluetooth devices like my phone and laptop.
