i am planning to downgrade a laptop to windows 7 where can i get a copy

one of the laptops that I have has an intel i5 5200u with windows 10. windows 10 is using way too much CPU which made it run slow.Due to terrible performance, i planned to downgrade the laptop to windows 7 where can i get a copy of windows 7 pro 64 bit as I cannot find one on the Microsoft store. my edition of windows 10 is home.
