How to update update the certificate store in windows 7?

I am using windows 7 and I can't install Microsoft edge or update Vivaldi browser due to my my outdated certificates & It was told by users in Vivaldi browser community and ms edge's support too. How can I update certificate store ? I have zero knowledge on what it means and how to do it. When I try to use windows update, I get the following error like in the screenshot below.
