My tablet had a weird autocomplete suggestion.

I am wondering why I would get a weird p*** website in my recommendations. I was typing something into the search bar and it had an auto complete of a weird website. It had the highlighted auto complete in the link. What do you think this means and could it be a suggestion mistake on internet explorers part? Please help me solve this problem and figure out what this means.
