The Windows Update v6 website loads in a loop

Hi everyone,When I want to access the Microsoft Windows Update website on my Windows XP Professional SP3 x86 with Windows Internet Explorer 8, it loads in a loop and doesn't display anything. The site works on Windows XP RTM without service packs, but I got an error (0x80072EFF).Can anyone help me?
