My pc not starting

My pc was working fine last night it is windows 7 suddenly I was actually downloading when it failed I pressed retry and mouse keyboard were working but no action was take by pc and shut down button also didn't worked I turned off the power as I was sleepy and today its not working what can i do? It is not starting
