Teredo Tunneling Adapter does not exist

I was trying to play Forza Online when I realised that I dont have the Teredo Tunneling Adapter installed. I have looked for hours for solutions that have worked for others but not for me. I have tried Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface Missing but it did not work for me. I have also reset my network settings but still nothing.Please Help
