Windows 7 Professional x64 OEM SP1 ISO not available through Microsoft download page?

Today I have to deal with a PC that crashed. Original W7 OEM disc is not SP1, so I cannot fix PC, because W7 is updated to SP1.On page: Windows 7 download is no longer available, and with HeiDoc tool I have to wait for begining of month to be available.Why Microsoft still doesn't provide W7 downloads on their webpage? It doesn't matter that W7 i EOL, some people still use it.
