Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade Error code definition

I am attempting to upgrade my Samsung laptop computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have tried unsuccessfully several times and keep receiving the following error code0x8007001F - 0x20006 "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation."I cannot locate any description for what caused this error code or how I might go about fixing it. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
