Win 10 asks for the admin password when running an app as a different user.

Good day.When i attempt to run a program as a different user the OS asks me for the credentials of that different user, and then, on top of that, the OS asks me for the credentials of a user, who must be in the Administrators group. Formerly, in Win 7, there was just one login dialog window, now there are two. I've set the UAC to the lowest, but still the second administrative login dialog box appears.Is there a way to rid of the second dialog box?Regards.
