Windows 7 no longer activates

I recently had to reinstall my Windows 7, but now I can't activate it.I'm using the over the phone activation as the computer doesn't have internet, but I'm just being told the activation id doesn't exist. Also my activation code I used the last time around isn't being excepted, of course I could have made a mistake copying it. What can I do?
