After refreshing Windows 8.1, what do I do?

Hi, I'm after refreshing Windows 8.1 on a laptop. Things are quite different. All my Microsoft 2013 apps appear to be missing etc. When I try to reinstall them, it asks for a product key which I do not have. What do I do?
