Repeated reboot windows 7 professional N

Hello,I have windows 7 Professional N installed on my desktop, basically used for testing purpose. The device goes into the repeated reboot on start up. It has some important data on Hard disk that needs to be backed up. What could be the possible solution to get this PC running. Any help would be much appreciated.Thank you
