disk space and memory is being 100% always for no reason

hey anyone pls answer i have a 4gb laptop hp with i3 prosessor it was fast with windows 10 but i changed it to windows 8.1 pro hopping to have excelent results but unfortunatly it alwayas had disk space 100% always and the memory too runs in 70% just when doing a teams meeting and when opening one or two random apps.so pls can someone send a solution to my problem pls
