Creating a copy-able relative path on a network

I am working with network folders that are the same every month except for their start point. I would like to create a shortcut that can be left inside one of the folders that will be copied.- Aug2021 Folder - Folder01 - Folder02 - shortcut to Folder01 - FilesThe files are worked on in Folder02 and then dropped into the shortcut to Folder01.- Sep2021 Folder - Folder01 - Folder02 - shortcut to Folder01 - FilesIt is, of course, much more complicated than this simple design but the setup is the same.
