"The tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid" error solution did not work!

I have done previous research and tried the command "chkdsk /r /f" and restarted my computer. It did not work.I have also pasted %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset inside Run. When I pasted C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset it couldn't find the file. I have restarting my computer. It still didn't work!!!Am I just stuck with this file forever on my desktop?
