Bluetooth dosen't work

Hey, I bought Microsoft Designer Compact Keyboard, It's work fine on my Ipad, my phone, and another PC, but in my personal PC it dosen't show in the Blutooth in the seetings (windows 8), So I guess the problem is in my PC, What can i do to fix it ?
