win10 pro PC frequently reboot or hard crashes

Hi, starting around last week, my PC has begin to frequently reboot without warning, or hard crash/freeze that requires a power cycle to turn back on. I looked into Event Viewer, but the only red error that I found is:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff800480e1202, 0xffff9184dfd563d8, 0xffff9184dfd55c10). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.
