Hi,Trying to help a friend with her Win 10 home Laptop problems, I re flashed the BIOS. This means it now boots up ok, but I get this message:Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again. This prompts me to enter her Microsoft account details which is a problem as she has no record of her password. Two factor security is set.Having access with her gmail and mobile phone we try to reset her Microsoft account password yesterday, only to be told "You have requested too many codes today.
