PC restarting when doing more intensive activity.

Hello , my Windows 7 computer keeps restarting when I try to run games or do more intensive activity. Thanks! Also my pc was not restarting before , but after resetting the settings , it started happening. I also upgraded my whole PC except: Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Router, Power Supply. You can see the specs in the image below.
