The internet in my windows 10 device is slow (I do not get the full internet speed)

I have recently noticed that the internet in my windows 10 device is slow, and I don't get the full speed of my internet in it. I use a tp-link wifi adapter, the speed of the internet I am using is 50 Mbps and I get between 0.5 Mbps and 12 Mbps download speed in my device, while on my phone I got above 40 Mbps several times in SpeedTest and more than 20 Mbps sometimes. I have tried resetting the internet settings, also I used the Windows Media Creation Tool to restore windows settings (without deleting my data), I updated the wifi adapter driver and I used Malwarebytes to fix this problem, but
