Windows 10 reinstallation stuck at 81%

Recently my laptop (a HP pavilion gaming laptop) became nearly unusably slow so after trying many other solutions I tried to reinstall windows through the recovery settings with the cloud, however it’s been stuck on 81% for a few hours now. I unplugged my mouse and keyboard etc. but it is still stuck.
