so yesterday i opened a chat with customer support, it was 6 AM and there were 4 people in line before me so i got tired and fell asleep, obviously when i woke up the chat ended, so i tried contacting another agent, but i couldnt type to the agent at all so they also closed the chat. I tried again after 2 hours and it still said “chat ended” and i could not type back to the agent, what do i do?and also a side question if anyone can help me with it, i was using two monitors, an external and the laptop monitor when suddenly my laptop screen just zoomed in and the taskbar area (not taskbar, the b
