Dell XPS 15 BSOD when installing Windows 10

Hello,Out of the blue my 1,5 year old Dell XPS 15 started to get a series of BSODs. Until then it worked perfectly. I spent a whole day trying to update drivers, do windows updates, run a sfc/scannow and scan with Bitdefender and Malwarebytes. sfc/scannow was the only thing that I managed to finish without a bsod interrupting. The BSODs that I got most frequently: kernel security check; memory management.
