LogonUI.exe-Entry Point Not Found

Yesterday when I turn on my laptop appear a dialog box with a message that says LogonUI.exe-Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point Sso Credentials could not be locatedin the dynamic link library DialogManager64.d.And blocks the window were I have to put my password i have to click several time the box to closed and let me finish.Also when the laptop is staring the box appear again and request my credentials.I dont remember doing anything new yesterday
