My USB driver shows up in DEVICE AND PRINTERS but In Explorer dosent shows up

Hello i have a USB drive that dosent show up in the Explorer on Windows 7 32 bit and in disk managment its just the letter and shows that dosent have any space Before the problem every think was fine untill i re pluged the USB in my pc And before i tired to copy a program to my usb but some files said that the USB has WRITE PROTECTION and i tried to disable that By doing the command in cmd diskpart after that i typed list disk after that select disk 1 (the USB) and after that i typed attributes disk clear readonly and didnt work and thats why i unpluged the USB and after that didnt show in the
