My PC's CPU has built in Bluetooth capabilities, but it's really poor at it (not a consistent connection within even one foot of the device if I turn my head while wearing Bluetooth headphones), so I thought I would buy a Bluetooth dongle. Windows seems to not be cooperating with it however. I've disabled the Intel Bluetooth receiver in device manager and the dongle shows up as "Generic Bluetooth Radio." When it's enabled, the PC acts as if I have Bluetooth enabled but trying to connect to anything or scan for devices will consistently and instantly fail. To elaborate, where on a functioning B
