Pc monitor weird

My monitor once had an issue that it didn't showed light and didn'started people told to remove the power wire for 10 mins and plug back it worked once but now I have to do it everytime my pc starts and moreover the time is sometimes not even constant the monitor is actually getting weird what shall I do?
