issues identifying whether CAPS LOCK is ON or OFF

Hi I recently bought a wireless keyboard (+ mouse). However, I am having one serious issue; I could NOT identify whether the CAPS LOCK is ON or OFF.Can you please help me to resolve the issue. I am afraid I may have to return the otherwise nice keyboard if I could not resolve the Caps-Lock issue.ThanksSanjoy
