speaker and microphone on the PC do no work when selecting microsoft "my phone"on PC

Hi team, when I click and select the Microsoft "my phone" for my android phone, everything works fine if I use my android phone. But when I select the PC, I have no speaker and no micro. Also, it makes a huge noise for the person that is on the other hand listening the phone. So works good when using my android phone but when I click use the pc instead, I have no speaker and phone and make a huge noise for the person that is listening on the other hand. This seems a difficult problem to resolve. Thank you in advance.
