I noticed that my windows is using 4GB of ram (2x4GB 1666MHz, my motherboard supports maximum of 1333).I tried this:

but it didn't changed anything.I also tried this https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-idle/f8219d38-842f-4fa9-8efe-badb8b7e380dbut when i clicked set there was a weird error that says something like "not enough disk space" my C disk space is 14GB so i think that may be why.I deleted some things that i don't need and it's 1
