Bluetooth speakers work on my smartphone but keep cutting on laptop

I recently bought a Sony WF-XB700 bluetooth speakers that I loved using on my smartphone, but when I tried to use them on my laptop, the voice would work for a few seconds, then it cut off for a few seconds and so on, Could you tell me something I can do?
