Reinstalled Vista and set the right time but Chrome says clock error

So I am selling my inspiron 1721 I reinstalled vista on it and I set the right time but in chrome it says a clock error do I need some sort of driver I set time to liason London because that is my time zone and a error so I'm stuck and I need help* Original title: Time
